Taekwon-Do Tigers
Due to the popularity of the kids class they now have there own webpage.
Taranaki TKD Tigers. Term 2 will starting on the 7th May. We have a few new and exciting things planned for the class and this is only possible because of the help i have had, and continue to recieve from Frances, Brent, Cath, Glenwyn and Sheryl. Thank you for giving up your spare time to help the kids with their Taekwon-Do.
Configure Express
Our club is now expanding into new areas. Frances Rookes and Kirsten Livingstone will be conducting Taekwon-Do classes at the new womens only gym in New Plymouth. Configure Express is located on the top level of the Centre City shopping complex.
YouTube
Thanks to YouTube we now have a number of club videos online. Some of the older videos are not great quality due to the older technology when they were made. Watch out for more videos to came.
Taekwon-Do Protocol Book
Dale Copeland II Dan has produced a book on Taekwon Protocol.
She got the idea from Master Moore when he visited last year. Dale has done a wonderful job on this and it is certainly worth having. I thoroughly recommend it. To help of set costs such as printing etc the books are available for purchase.

Club DVD
I have made a DVD with some cool club action on it. There is also some great footage of our recent camp/grading at the end of 2007. There is a club copy that students are able to take home and copy. Tip: When copying the DVD burn it with the slowest possible speed on your computer to ensure all the data is copied. If it is burnt to fast it may not play on all DVD players.
Mark Bevin 8th Gup
Thank you to Kirsten Livingstone, Frances Rookes, Alex Lovell, Tod Rookes, and Toby Jordan who represented the club at Mark Bevin's Funeral. Mark was tragically killed as the result of a motorbike accident on February 6th 2007. It was honor and a privilege to be asked by the family to form a guard of honor at his funeral. mark will be sadly missed and our thoughts are with the family in this very difficult time.
